About a kinetics of a non-steady crystallization
polydispersed systems in the cascade of volumes

        Problem about a non-steady homogeneous crystallization of polydispersed systems in the cascade of volumes is theoretically investigated. On the basis of the solution of system kinetic equations of process is clarified the mechanism of non-uniformity supersaturation environment effect over the cascade on formation of a frequency function of distribution of crystals on the sizes. The exact solution of this problem for arbitrary relation of growth rate of crystals to their sizes is obtained provided that the relaxation time of supersaturation of environment in volumes to fixed values much less characteristic temporary scale of process. The solution is analyzed on particular examples: in case of pulse nucleus formation in the first volume and at continuous input of seed crystals in it, the reasons of formation in such system of distribution of crystals on the sizes close to Gaussian type are established. The estimation for time of installation of a fixed mode of a crystallization is retrieved. Established, that the distribution of crystals on a residence time in volumes is the main reason of increase of their grain-size degree dispersion. The condition of installation of fixed distribution of crystals on the sizes is obtained. Possible fields of application: chemical and food-processing industry.
